Digital Image Negatives

Due to the demand for digital copies of the images, I now offer "Digital Negatives" of all photos that are taken. Please see the following information for prices and how to order. As always, if you have any questions, please send me a note.

Image Format :  R2K2 Photography shoots, then edits, crops and processes each individual photo. All photos are saved as JPEG images. JPEG images are 8-bit compressed images primarily used for electronic display and printing through online and local labs. 

Image Sizes

Images are available in small, medium, and large sizes.  The image size you should order depends on the uses you have for the images.

•  Small size images are approximately 500x750 pixels and are suited for computer displays only.  They are provided as highly-compressed JPEG format images only.

•  Medium size images are approximately 1200x1800 pixels and are suitable for printing up to 8"x12" prints. 

•  Large size images are between 2000x3000 and 2800x4200 pixels, and are suited for printing up to 20"x30" prints. 

Image Prices: Prices listed do not include shipping and taxes. We will always use a CD to store your images unless storage capability requires us to use a DVD.

Note: For privacy concerns, images are available of your athlete only. Your athlete must appear in the photograph to receive the digital negative.

Placing an Image Order. 

 You can create an order by sending an email request to Rick@r2k2photography.com.  Include the following information:

How do I determine my image number? (see image for an example)

        a. Go online and select preview of the image you would like:

        b. Determine the Event Name: (Example Tarheels Soccer)

        c. Determine the Album Name: (Example 24 FEB 07)

        d. Determine the Image Number: (Example Tarheels24FEB07 047.JPG)

2. What size you want: small, medium, or large. 

3. Your contact information, name, address, and phone number.

We will reply with an invoice for the package by email that includes shipping and taxes.  Once you have confirmed that the invoice is correct by responding to the invoice email message, we will prepare the order.  As soon as we receive payment, the order will be shipped.

Digital Image License:

• R2K2 Photography digital images are licensed with a non-commercial, non-exclusive personal license to view and make prints from the images.
• The copyrights to all R2K2 Photography digital images are held by the photographer that shot the images.  All rights are reserved by the copyright holder.
• Copying the digital images is allowed only for the purpose of making backups.
• Distribution of the digital images to anyone other than the purchaser is expressly forbidden without the consent of R2K2 Photography.

  What can I use it for?

• You can print as many copies of the image as you would like.

• You can use the images on a non-commercial website (i.e. Team, School, Family, Club, Personal, etc).

• Great for making lots of prints for recruiting packages.

  What can I NOT use it for?

• You cannot re-sell the image.

• You cannot have the image published in a newspaper, yearbook  magazine, newsletter, or commercial website unless written permission is requested and approved prior to image being published.
